Patient Service Trainee

Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, appointment booking, and follow-up scheduling
• Process patient payments accurately (cash, card, NETS)
• Submit and track dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals
• Respond to patient enquiries professionally - in person, by phone, and email
• Support clinic operations with filing, data entry, and supply management
• What You Need
• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using basic computer applications
• Available for rotating day shifts including at least one weekend day
• Fresh graduates and career switchers welcome - training provided
