Responsibilities

  • Setup and operate CNC grinding machines

Requirements

  • Significant experience setting & running CNC grinding machinery
  • A recognized apprenticeship in machining or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work to extremely tight tolerances and have a perfectionist's mentality to quality
  • Proficient in inspecting components with diverse manual and automated metrology equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy
  • Demonstrate daily problem-solving skills and overcome challenges through the effective use of your own initiative
  • The ability to read and interpret a range of different manufacturing drawings for complex components working in both metric and imperial.
  • A good understanding of GD&T principles
  • A positive attitude towards lean manufacturing tools and techniques, including 5S

Working on a permanent night shift, you'll be an essential part of a high-performing manufacturing cell, ensuring production targets are achieved and that every component meets strict quality standards. This is a night-shift role. Training will be completed on day or AM shifts during the probation period.
