Primary Responsibilities Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, marketing automation workflows, and audience segmentation to support business and marketing objectives. Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including email builds, quality assurance, reporting, performance analysis, and compliance with data governance standards. Ensures work area in RBS is always kept clean and presentable. Remains familiar with SGS quality assurance procedures. Complies to all SGS health and safety and HR policies and procedures. Profile Bachelor's degree, preferable in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related degree. Equivalent technical or professional qualification will be accepted in lieu of a bachelor's degree. 2-4 years' experience in Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or SFMC Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and lead flows Comfortable with HTML email editing Highly structured, detail oriented, and quality focused Able to manage multiple briefs simultaneously Analytical with strong reporting capability Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a B2 level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns and automated nurture programs Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lead management, and customer journey mapping Proficient in effectively prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines. Capacity to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask. Self-motivated and efficient.
