Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Evangelist or similar for 5+ years
- Experience in the PC and mobile gaming industry (development, publishing or platforms)
- Understanding of monetization models in the local market including Subscriptions and LiveOps
- Awareness of D2C cases: Web Shops, external top-ups, in-game campaigns
- Experience interacting with B2B clients and/or publishers
- JLPT N1 (native-level) or N2 (full working professional) Japanese language proficiency required for client communication, stakeholder management and business documentation.
- Strong English proficiency required for collaboration with global teams and international stakeholders
Additional Information
ABOUT YOU We are looking for a Regional Product Expert to supports Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Partners across Xsolla's monetization products. This role drives growth by enabling effective sales execution, supporting complex deals, and ensuring product readiness at the regional level. Acting as the "local voice" of the Monetization organization, the expert gathers market insights and partner feedback to inform global product and strategy decisions for Xsolla's PC and mobile offerings. This role will be based out of our Japan office and is onsite.
