About the role
The Home Health Admin On-Call Coordinator maintains open communication with all clients, physicians, staff and referral sources. Follow up on all unresolved issues from office hours (i.e. lab results). Coordinates new patient starts as required. Documents communications, referrals, and problems as appropriate and in a timely manner. Provide office staff with all pertinent information at onset of office hours. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- 2+ years' experience in home health, hospital or critical care nursing preferred.
- 1+ year pediatric experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current National Certification Preferred: CPN or CRNI.
- Current Texas driver's license in good standing.
- Schedule:
- One Saturday a month from 0730 to 1830 then on call from 1830 to 0730
- One Saturday a month from 0800 to 1600
- One weekday shift from 1700 to 2300, then on call from 2300 to 0730
- One winter holiday
- One summer holiday
