Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in enterprise IT sales or account management.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or commercial customer accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially driven with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Existing network of enterprise customers in Singapore is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with system integrators, technology vendors, or value-added resellers.
  • Experience working with multinational or regional clients.
  • Knowledge of the data center industry is an advantage.

Position Summary We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers in Singapore and the region. This role is responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal technical teams to deliver solutions that meet customers' business and technology needs. The ideal candidate has experience selling IT infrastructure, data center, networking, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions and enjoys building long-term partnerships with customers.
