Additional Information

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our Clark IT team as a Procore Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, continuous improvement, administration, and support of our Procore Platform. This role will ensure that the platform is effectively utilized to streamline project management processes, improve communication, and enhance overall project efficiency. The Procore Administrator will provide technical support, training, and guidance to project teams and stakeholders. This is an onsite role in our McLean, VA office that will require occasional travel. Core Responsibilities Implementation and Configuration : Manage enterprise-wide rollout of Procore updates. Oversee the initial setup and configuration of Procore for new projects. Customize Procore modules and workflows to meet project-specific requirements. Integrate Procore with other software systems used by the company as needed. User Support and Training: Provide ongoing technical support to all Procore users. Develop and Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users. Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation. Create custom reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. System Maintenance and Updates : Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay updated on Procore updates and new features, implementing changes as necessary. Ensure data integrity and consistency within the Procore platform and through its integration workflows. Process Improvement: Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures within Procore. Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision making. Administration, Compliance, and Security: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding data and project documentation. Manage user access and permissions to maintain system security. Configure and maintain Procore settings to optimize company and project level workflows. Other duties as assigned
