Responsibilities
- Advise at the highest level. Partner with senior executives to define technology and business strategies that directly enable growth, operational excellence, innovation, and risk management.
- Turn insight into execution. Lead consulting engagements grounded in Gartner insights, helping clients move from "what should we do?" to "how do we make this real?"
- Drive measurable value. Help organizations modernize applications, optimize operating models, accelerate cloud adoption, unlock greater value from data and AI investments, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
- Expand account portfolio and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development and consistently identifying and closing new opportunities.
- Lead major transformation initiatives. Guide clients through complex digital, technology, and organizational change programs while maintaining executive alignment and business focus.
- Lead exceptional teams. Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing consultants while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture across Sweden and the broader Nordic region.
