Responsibilities
- This is where you'll really make your mark. As Assistant Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the resort, bringing structure, consistency and calm leadership to a busy, multi-department environment.
- You will:

- Working pattern: This role offers flexibility, with weekend work expected (Saturday being a key day). A typical pattern may include Tuesday to Saturday during peak and shoulder periods, with increased flexibility in off-peak seasons.

Requirements
- We're looking for someone who thrives in structure, enjoys being the "engine room" of operations, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly...even when things get busy.
- You'll bring:
- Experience in a holiday park, resort, hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
- Valid NSW Working with Childrens Check (Mandatory)
- A background in a supervisory, duty manager, assistant manager or department head role
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, follow up and execute with discipline
- A calm, practical and solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Confidence supporting multiple departments and working across all areas of operations
- A hands-on leadership style, with a visible presence across the resort
- Experience with rostering, labour awareness and operational planning in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to reinforce standards while building positive team culture
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail across admin, compliance and financial processes
- A proactive mindset. You don't wait for things to go wrong, you stay one step ahead
