Junior Software Engineer in Test - Python

Requirements

• previous experience in Quality Assurance, including test design and execution
• Experience with Python scripting language
• Experience working in Agile / iterative development environments
• Experience with XML-based testing
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams
• Experience in backend system testing
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases Analyze test results, identify defects, and support troubleshooting Collaborate with development engineers and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues Develop and maintain automated test scripts Contribute to improving test coverage and automation efficiency Participate in evaluating new tools, technologies, and testing approaches
