The Partner Engagement Manager drives success across an assigned portfolio of corporate partners through strong account management, strategic communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Director of Partner Engagement, this role supports renewal and fundraising goals by managing partner relationships, executing partner benefits, and leading projects that improve the partner experience. The Manager oversees a portfolio of partners, typically with accountability for revenue retention and growth within the portfolio. The manager also supports various team projects on an as-needed basis. This is an individual contributor role with the potential for future people management responsibilities. This role requires strong relationship management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize efficiently. The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, from program contacts to executive leaders.
