Position Purpose Entry-level position as part of a survey crew to assist with field surveying activities, including the maintenance of all survey equipment. Essential Functions + Responsibilities Be assigned to a team that is responsible for surveying land and collecting data about land conditions prior to development projects Adjust and operate surveying instruments such as Leica/Nikon, digital and automatic levels and various survey related software Move and carry all surveying instruments at job sites across various kinds of landscapes Use well-established standards to record survey measurements and descriptive data using data collectors and GPS All work is outdoors and crews work in all weather conditions
