Where You'll Make a Difference Support sales activities and customer meetings by providing specialized technical and scientific expertise on products and applications Partner closely with commercial teams to position product capabilities, limitations, and alternative uses to meet customer needs Deliver technical training to internal sales teams and provide on-site training to customers Lead technical discussions with customers and act as a subject matter expert within the product line Troubleshoot technical and application issues during product testing, installation, and post-sale implementation Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, manufacturing, and quality to identify and resolve product or design challenges Support account managers during customer visits, offering technical insights and application guidance Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying customer needs and translating them into technical or product solutions What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in technical service, applications, R&D, or customer-facing technical roles Strong knowledge of product applications and ability to translate technical information into customer solutions Experience supporting sales teams and interacting directly with customers Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in technical environments Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders Fluency in English and Spanish How Would You Stand Out?
