ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for HDD Teardown FA all customers from China. Owning of the mechanical failure analysis process and equipment. Documentation of all observations and conclusions through images, teardown analysis and possible cause of failure. Discussing the FA findings and communicating the next course of analysis. General housekeeping, including maintenance logs and calibration schedule for all lab equipment Ability to interact across all levels of the organization. Provide effective information on tool or process improvements related to FA. EDUCATION: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
