JOB DETAILS: - Perform and Assist in coordinating maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and overall facility upkeep. - Work with the Facilities Officer on issues like air conditioning and power failures. - Support event setup, logistics, and school operational activities. - Ensure cleanliness and organization of rooms and secure doors before leaving as per NEA checklist. - Manage inventory of supplies, assets, and equipment(including Vending Machine) - Control inventory, order supplies, verify deliveries, and manage stock movement. - Handle filing, scanning, and printing of documents; communicate professionally; monitor report submissions; perform ad-hoc tasks. - Assists in processing access cards request to building management. - Prepare, pack, and endorse orders (both internal and external) ; assist with annual distribution. - Actively contribute ideas to enhance service levels.
