We're seeking an Operations Manager to lead and grow our installation and branch operations for our Raleigh, NC branch. In this role, you'll oversee the full scope of operational and install processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, profitability, and stellar customer experience. Pay Transparency Statement: At Window Nation, compensation is determined on multiple factors, including experience, education, skills, location, and the requirements of the role. For this position, the expected base salary range is $100,000- $110,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be based on a combination of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
