At Almedia, we're looking for an SEO Manager to help scale our organic acquisition engine across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO. This is a hands-on, cross-functional growth role focused on driving sustainable user acquisition through technical SEO, content optimization, experimentation, and AI-powered workflows. We're looking for someone analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable operating across multiple organic growth disciplines. SEO Manager Salary range: €60,000-70,000/annum What You'll Do 🎯 Own and scale organic growth initiatives across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO Conduct technical SEO audits and improve site architecture, indexing, internal linking, and schema Optimize content based on search intent, ranking opportunities, and conversion potential Manage off-page SEO initiatives including backlinks and authority-building Run landing page experiments and improve organic conversion performance Support and optimize ASO initiatives Build scalable workflows using AI tools and automation What You'll Bring 💡 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or growth marketing Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, GEO, ASO, CRO, and off-page SEO Experience growing organic traffic and conversion-driven signups Analytical, hypothesis-driven, and highly execution-oriented Comfortable working with AI tools and modern growth workflows Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently What Makes You a Great Fit 🌟 Experience with tools like: Ahrefs / Semrush GA4 & Google Search Console Amplitude AppTweak / Sensor Tower AI and automation tools Why Almedia? 🎁 Own Our Growth: We offer all Berlin-based employees equity in Almedia to truly be a part of our success.
