Travel Required: 10% Join us and lead innovation with us. We are currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Sr. Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for supporting daily benefits operations. Throughout the year, it supports the management of key processes such as insurance policy renewals, onboarding activities, and vendor management. The role also involves monitoring market trends in compensation and employee benefits, as well as supporting the overall strategy across medical, financial, and wellness programs. A day in the life of this role: Responsible for managing vendors for flexible benefits, medical insurance, and wellness programs. Ensure that service levels for insurance providers and other benefits vendors are aligned with the established SLAs. Act as the liaison between the insurance company and Nissan to resolve special cases, employee-related issues, and vendor negotiations Responsible for managing the renewal of insurance policies and flexible benefits. Responsible for establishing a calendar of activities aligned with the Nissan Way, covering initiatives that support the financial, medical, flexibility, and wellness strategy. Support HRBPs on benefits-related matters, including resolving inquiries, clarifying policy conditions and coverage, and providing in-plant support. Responsible for administering vendor management processes, including payments, shopping baskets (SB), contracts, agreements, and SLAs. Responsible for maintaining weekly and monthly communication with the broker to provide feedback and follow up on employee cases and ongoing projects. In partnership with the Compensation Specialist, ensure that all employee-related payments (e.g., Bonoflex, home office, and meal vouchers) are processed in a timely manner. Monitor market trends in compensation and employee benefits to ensure competitiveness and perform analyses to estimate costs and support leadership in defining the appropriate strategy. Who We're Looking for: Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field 5 years of experience in the following: Knowledge of benefits administration, including experience working with brokers and insurance providers or consulting firms Knowledge of planning processes, administration, or vendor management Insurance program management Development and implementation of wellness initiatives Vendor administration and relationship management Excel and PowerPoint - Advanced Experience working with brokers & vendors Strong oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and consistently Comfortable interacting with executive leadership management teams Experienced in managing interactions with vendors and insurance providers Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to perform data-driven analysis, cost calculations, and financial modeling Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork capabilities Resilience and ability to effectively manage pressure and challenging situations Travel Required: 10% Advanced English level (minimum 500 TOEIC points).
