  • We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using common digital tools such as Word and Excel, and willing to learn CRM and other digital platforms.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model and travel regularly within the assigned territory.
  • Preferred Qualification
  • If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, or related field roles.
  • Experience planning and delivering local medical or educational events.
  • Ability to analyse market and customer data and translate insight into practical plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales automation systems.
  • Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills.
  • Openness to continuous learning and collaborating across functions.
