Supervise and lead shift team members, providing clear direction and support to ensure productivity and morale Schedule staff shifts and manage workforce allocation to meet operational demands Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Address and resolve employee conflicts and performance issues in a professional and timely manner Conduct regular team briefings and communicate organizational updates and expectations Analyze shift performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities Manage inventory, equipment, and resources during assigned shifts Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary Prepare shift reports and documentation for management review Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and take ownership of shift outcomes Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or shift leadership experience Proven ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving capabilities Knowledge of operational procedures and safety compliance standards Proficiency in scheduling software and point-of-sale systems (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset Conflict resolution and mediation skills
