About the role
We're looking for a Design Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team (15-20 people) delivering a £110m portfolio of wastewater treatment projects. - About You
- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent); Chartered or working towards
- Experience leading engineering teams and delivering design on capital projects
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and design responsibilities
- Wastewater or utilities experience desirable
- Strong leadership, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Passion for sustainability, innovation and continuous improvement
