- Leadership Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Production Supervisor II/III
- Systems and software: ERP systems (SAP preferred), manufacturing systems, workforce management tools, Microsoft Office
- Proven proficiency in: Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 5S methodologies
- Production scheduling, capacity planning, and KPI management
- Team leadership, employee engagement, and performance management
- Cross-functional collaboration in supply chain and operations planning

- Education:
