Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, ensuring all compliance and governance checks are completed accurately
- Optimise procurement workflows using Sandvik's Procure-to-Pay platforms, including spend plans and supplier setup
- Manage and maintain key procurement systems such as Citibank, Ecovadis, and Basware
- Maintain accurate supplier databases, including vendor master data cleansing and deactivation activities
- Support and contribute to supplier contract negotiations, ensuring all documentation is captured within SRM
- Independently manage contract negotiations with transactional suppliers to drive value and efficiency
- Investigate and resolve supplier account holds and invoice discrepancies through root-cause analysis
- Process and finalise purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement standards
- Monitor and enforce supplier compliance in line with Sandvik's procurement policies and strategic objectives
- Engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders, leading or supporting meetings and providing actionable insights
