Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
  • Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Hands-on leader with a strong operational mindset and willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day finance activities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, financial modelling, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with GTP and MES systems will be an added advantage.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
