Data (FinOps) Engineer

Requirements

• You communicate clearly and effectively, making it easy to bring people on board and guide users. You understand what others need and can translate that into meaningful insights, making you a key ambassador for the team.
• You are curious and possess strong conceptional thinking skills . Naturally, you have:
• P assion for IT
• B achelor ' s degree in C omputer S cience or a related field
• 3 + years of experience in IT
• Python does not have secrets for you
• Experience with DataBricks
• Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of medallion architecture for data engineering (nice to have)
• Knowledge of DataBricks A sset B undle for CI/CD (nice to have)
• DP - 203 certification or equivalent (nice to have )
• Knowledge of Infra structure and Cloud ( nice to have)
• Knowledge of Terraform ( IaC ) (nice to have)
• Fluent in English , as you will work in an international environment

Your Impact as Data (FinOps) Engineer: What are you going to do You will build, maintain and provide guidance on our FinOps tools build in DataBricks . Together with your FinOps colleagues you will setup dashboards, ensure data quality and coach users how to effectively use these tools within their business units. What else do you do? Implement new functionalities Make new data pipelines available for the dashboards Monitor data quality and integrate your solution into existing platforms Work as part of a team and acting as a backup for colleagues Actively discuss ing desired functionalities with users The team you'll join: You will join the FinOps team of five professionals based in the Netherlands , each with strong technical and functional expertise and a keen interest in the latest developments.
