More about the role Verify that customer- and all other applicable requirements (industrial, suppliers, component platforms, standards and regulations) are SMART and complete Translate requirements into CTQ's and manages the CTQ flow down Validate the CTQ's through efficient test plans and use of statistical tools. Makes product certification available Manage risks through all design phases until PE using FMEA methodology Prevent incidents by ensuring robust design Drive safe launch/field tests with active customer involvement Ensure the quality of milestone decisions and escalates when quality of the product/service is at risk Close feedback loops from customer complaints by embedding the learnings into new design rules, QTP's, FMEA's and other VE-tools Develop and coach the development organizations with the use of Quality tools like DfSS and FMEA. Good teamwork and communication Good English communication for both reading& writing skill.
