La risorsa scelta per lo Stage Curriculare in MARKETING vedrà l'assegnazione di un progetto altamente formativo e qualificante, seguito da un Tutor senior La risorsa acquisirà: Conoscenza dei principi e delle pratiche di marketing operativo applicato al mercato farmaceutico, con particolare attenzione all'ematologia. Sviluppo di capacità analitiche finalizzate alla pianificazione, esecuzione e valutazione delle strategie di marketing; Sviluppo di competenze relazionali e di networking, utili per interagire con diversi stakeholder, tra cui team multifunzionali e agenzie esterne Capacità organizzative e gestionali, risoluzione dei problemi, analisi dei rischi; Potenziamento delle capacità di presentazione, reporting e comunicazione, sia in ambito interno che esterno, attraverso la preparazione di materiali informativi e il coinvolgimento in eventi e meeting aziendali.
