About the role
As a Quality Improvement Intern, you'll be part of the Foodstuffs Own Brands Quality and Technical Team, supporting continuous improvement of own‑brand products such as Pams. In this role, you'll help the team understand quality issues, learn from customer feedback, and work with suppliers to drive improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Improvement Manager by analysing customer complaint data (e.g. Salesforce) and helping prepare quality improvement reports and dashboards.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining supplier quality improvement packs, including complaint trends, agreed actions, and progress tracking.
- Help compile monthly internal quality dashboards to support Product Managers in prioritising quality improvements.
- Use Microsoft 365 tools (such as Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot) to improve efficiency and consistency in reporting and analysis.
