Responsibilities

  • Facilitation: Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Backlog Refinement.

  • Certification: First-level Scrum Master certification ( CSM, PSM I , or equivalent).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master within a software engineering or technical team environment.
  • Agile Tooling: Deep proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence ).
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Mindset: A strong servant-leadership mindset with a passion for continuous learning and mentoring.
