Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and execute repairs to restore equipment functionality
- Conduct vibration, temperature, noise, and performance inspections to monitor equipment condition

Requirements
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of experience servicing anti-vibration products, pumps, wheels & castors, geared motors, gearboxes, industrial drives, or rotating equipment
- Knowledge of pump and gear systems, bearings, lubrication, shaft alignment, and condition monitoring
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel overseas and work at customer sites
- Class 3 driving license
- Preferred skills
- Familiarity with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motor control systems
- Experience in diesel engine, electric motor, pump, and gearbox overhaul and repair
- Good technical, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and other computer tools and software
- Ability to interact successfully with customers and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies
- Fluency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to operate pedestrian trucks or lift trucks
