TQ 2. Demonstrated experience to conceive, plan, and manage complex and innovative technical programs within the field of combatant craft hydromechanics. In your response, elaborate on your experience in providing strategic advice, mentorship, and technical guidance to in-house engineering staff, senior management, and the broader Naval Research and Development Establishment (NR&DE) community.
