Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and large-scale programs, ensuring effective management of scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and issues

- Develop and manage sourcing strategies, including internal capacity planning and third-party/vendor partnerships, to meet delivery and cost objectives
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams, while driving talent development, engagement, and retention initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field; PMP and/or CSM certifications preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management, leading complex technology initiatives within structured governance frameworks
- Proven experience in financial services, payments, or banking industries
- Strong expertise in project portfolio management (PPM) tools (e.g., Project Server, Clarity, Clarizen, Workfront) and reporting/metrics
- Demonstrated experience managing global, remote, and geographically distributed teams, including onshore/offshore delivery models
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models)
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party strategic partnerships
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complexity and drive results
- Highly self-motivated with excellent prioritization, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a strong customer-centric mindset
