Finance team: We are looking for a Treasury Back Office Senior Analyst for SPEI SPID that will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and oversight of transactions processed through the Interbank Electronic Payment System (SPEI) and the Interbank Dollar Payment System (SPID), ensuring their proper execution, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is critical to the security, continuity, and stability of the company's operations, guaranteeing 24/7 service availability in accordance with Banco de México Circulars 14/2017 and 4/2016. Challenges that await you: Monitor and process transactions through SPEI/SPID, ensuring efficient and timely execution. Validate and confirm transactions, identifying and resolving anomalies or processing failures. Perform daily operational reconciliation of transfer orders against accounting close records. Maintain continuous monitoring of SPEI transactions to prevent service disruptions and operational impacts. Efficiently execute SPEI alternative operation procedures in COA and POA environments. Participate in certification tests and industry-wide testing required by Banco de México (semiannual and extraordinary tests). Maintain updated and regularly tested business continuity and technology contingency plans. Coordinate with IT and Information Security departments to implement cyber resilience controls required under Circular 12/2023. Ensure compliance with SPEI regulations and applicable standards issued by Banco de México and the CNBV. What makes you a great fit: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred: Diploma or certification in Payment Systems, Banking Treasury, or Regulatory Compliance. English: Intermediate level (ability to read and understand technical regulatory documentation in English). Spanish conversational level Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the operation, monitoring, or management of interbank electronic payment systems (SPEI, SPID, SIAC, COA, POA, or similar). Strong knowledge of SPEI operational platforms and payment engines; familiarity with the SAIF-Web platform is considered a plus. Regulatory framework expertise: Circular 14/2017 and its amendments, Circular 4/2016, and the Payment Systems Law. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams. High level of accuracy and operational discipline in high-volume transactional environments.
