Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to support enterprise BI data products, governance, and operational reporting. This role focuses on translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy, supporting delivery and production readiness, and enabling stakeholders with trusted, actionable data. The role also identifies opportunities to leverage AI to streamline analysis, documentation, and operational workflows. Job Description Core Responsibilities: Data Product & Stakeholder Support Translate business requirements into technical specifications Partner with business and technical teams to deliver data solutions Support development and enhancement of enterprise BI data products Define KPIs, metrics, and data quality standards Data Quality & Validation Define and implement data quality rules and validation checks Monitor data outputs and identify anomalies or issues Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency Testing & Delivery Validate data transformations, calculations, and outputs Support UAT, gather feedback, and ensure production readiness Perform post-deployment validation and issue resolution Issue & Change Management Track, prioritize, and resolve data defects and enhancements Assess upstream/downstream impacts of changes Documentation & Governance Create and maintain business and technical documentation Standardize data definitions and promote best practices Serve as a data domain SME and point of contact Continuous Improvement & AI Enablement Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort Leverage AI tools for analysis, reporting, documentation, and process automation Technical Skills Strong SQL (T-SQL/advanced SQL) Data modeling and data warehousing concepts Experience with Snowflake, Teradata, and MS SQL Understanding of ETL, data integration, and data processing Basic Python and reporting/analytics tools Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and automation tools
