As the Branch Manager for our Gympie store, you will play a key role in creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment. We're looking for someone who brings strong people skills, sound judgement and the confidence to guide a team toward shared goals. If you bring leadership, customer service, operations or team management experience, we can provide the training and support to help you build your knowledge of electrical products. A bit about your role Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and sales teams to support long‑term partnerships. Coach and support your team by communicating priorities clearly and fostering an inclusive, respectful culture. Oversee branch operations to achieve sales, margin, profit and service targets.
