This position serves as a Program Analyst for the Health Eligibility Center's Enrollment Standardization Office. The VA Health Eligibility Center (HEC) is VHA's authoritative source for enrollment and eligibility activities that support the delivery of VA health care benefits and is responsible for ensuring the integrity of VA's enrollment system. For a GS-07 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-05. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade. Note: Time-In-Grade requirements also apply to former Federal employees applying for reinstatement as well as current employees applying for Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998 (VEOA) appointment. You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below: Specialized experience: Examples of Specialized Experience include (but are not limited to): Preparing presentations and reports for program office unitizing Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.; Researching problems, reviewing and retrieving data, providing guidance, SOPs, directions, and other information as requested; Communicating verbally and in writing to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders ~OR~ Education (TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED): Have you completed one (1) full academic year of graduate level education with a major study in social sciences. This education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university ~OR~ Combination of Education and Experience (TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED): Do you possess equivalent combinations of successfully completed graduated education and specialized experience directly related to the work of a Program Analyst, which may be substituted to meet the experience requirements for GS-07 position?
