Responsibilities
- Assist to schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate assessment processes, interviews, and recruitment activities
- Manage interview arrangement virtually / physically
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (ICIMS)
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide status updates
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Prepare job postings in various job-board and conduct phone screening
- Ensure and upkeep recruitment trackers and reports
- Generate recruitment reports from ATS
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Track onboarding documentation progress and support onboarding coordination for new hires
- Liaise with HRBP, hiring managers, and external recruiters
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, or admin support
- Multitasking skills with the ability to handle massive hiring
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Other information:
- 6 months contract, Monday to Friday
- Working location: Ang Mo Kio Office
