Responsibilities

  • Support the design, deployment, migration, and optimization of complex SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching solutions for strategic customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's + 5 years, Master's + 3 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying Cisco enterprise networks (Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, or SD-Access or Nexus DC).
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following: Cisco SD-Access or Cisco SD-WAN/Meraki or Nexus Data Centre Technology.
  • Working knowledge of automation and programmability (Python, Ansible, Terraform, REST APIs).
  • Experience leading customer-facing engagements, change windows, and complex migrations independently.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong consultative skills - able to negotiate, frame trade-offs, and act as a trusted advisor to technical buyers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Mentorship mindset and a passion for driving AI/automation adoption across the team.
