Surge Leads are expected to step into new or underperforming environments, quickly establish control, and drive measurable progress across both deployment and repair activities. Travel & Compensation: This position requires frequent travel to project sites and data centers. Candidates who enjoy traveling and working in different environments will thrive in this role. To recognize the commitment, we offer a $250 weekly travel bonus , paid in addition to base wages.
