Responsibilities
- As Consultant Psychiatrist - Male PICU/Medical Director, you will be accountable for:

- What you'll bring to the role
- The ideal candidate will:
- Be a Consultant Psychiatrist with MRCPsych (or equivalent), Section 12(2) approval, Approved Clinician status, and CCT (or equivalent), listed on the GMC Specialist Register.
- Have at least three years' experience working at Consultant level, with proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across hospital or community settings.
- Demonstrate a track record of contributing to service change and improvement at a senior level.
- Possess strong leadership and influencing skills, delivering high-quality, innovative, patient-centred care.
- Exhibit a flexible, positive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to values-based, evidence-based practice.
- Have completed, or be willing to undertake, leadership and management training.
