As our Nurse, you lead with heart and clinical excellence to shape a safe, therapeutic milieu for patients, families, and staff -providing a calm, vigilant presence while others rest. Lead Compassionate Care During the Day As a Floor RN Manager, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include: Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies. Handles scheduling conflicts and call offs. Handles patient complaints. Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery. Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies. Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights. Communicates concerns or issues with AOC and facility leadership. Leads code drills. Provides training support to new staff.
