Responsibilities

  • About you
  • Significant experience in project, program, evaluation or impact measurement roles.
  • Experience developing and managing reporting frameworks, performance measures and evaluation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced experience interpreting data and identifying meaningful insights.
  • Exceptional report writing and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into compelling narratives.
  • Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions and levels of seniority.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • High levels of initiative, adaptability and problem-solving capability.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with performance metrics and reporting tools.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Social Impact, Public Policy, Research, Evaluation or a related discipline.

We're looking for an experienced Impact Evaluation Lead to help measure, evaluate and communicate the difference these initiatives make. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how RAC understands, tracks and reports its social impact while working closely with leaders across the organisation. Reporting to the General Manager Social Impact, you'll be responsible for leading RAC's social impact measurement and reporting activities, ensuring our programs and initiatives are effectively evaluated and their outcomes clearly communicated. A key focus of the role will be coordinating and producing RAC's annual Social & Community Impact Report, bringing together data, insights and stories from across the organisation to demonstrate how RAC is delivering on its purpose. This role is offered on an initial 12month Maximum Term Contract/Secondment basis.
