What Your Impact Will Be: Social & Brand Strategy Support Support the execution of social-first brand strategies across key social and digital platforms Monitor social trends, cultural conversations, creator activity, and emerging platform behaviors to identify opportunities for the brand Contribute ideas and recommendations that support the brand's voice, storytelling, and audience engagement objectives Help maintain social content calendars, campaign trackers, and planning tools Support the implementation of social and content guidelines across activations Collaborate with Toy, Franchise, Studio, and Marketing teams to ensure social considerations are incorporated into key initiatives Assist with gathering insights and competitive analyses to inform planning and content development Social Activation & Execution Execute social campaigns and activations from briefing through launch and post-campaign reporting Capture, develop, and produce social-first content for organic and paid campaigns Support product seeding programs through sample coordination, shipment tracking, creator communications, and user-generated content (UGC) collection and curation Support always-on social programming and tentpole marketing initiatives Assist with influencer and creator program coordination, including research, outreach support, briefing logistics, content tracking, and reporting Coordinate with creative, production, and agency partners to ensure timely delivery of social-first content and assets Support community engagement initiatives and social participation opportunities Help manage campaign timelines, approvals, and cross-functional communication Partner with regional teams to support localization and implementation of global social initiatives Performance & Optimization Monitor and report on social KPIs, including engagement, reach, video views, sentiment, and creator performance Compile campaign results and contribute insights for optimization and future planning Support social listening efforts to identify audience trends, opportunities, and potential issues Assist in maintaining reporting dashboards and performance tracking tools Recommend content and platform optimizations based on campaign learnings and audience behavior
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or a related field
- Experience supporting and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong knowledge of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels
- Familiarity with creator and influencer marketing programs
- Understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and performance reporting
- Ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and agency partners
