About the role

You will serve as a DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR STRATEGY, PLANS AND POLICY in the POLICY AND PLANS DIRECTORATE of PAC FLEET SUB FORCE OPS COMPONENT. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in strategic or operational planning; evaluating submarine force proposals or policy changes; and providing technical advice to senior leadership. Demonstrated understanding of submarine operations, logistics, or maintenance.
