Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Project management of company wide compensation programs
• Defining and documenting project plans, work flows.
• Provide analytics support for compensation programs as needed
• Provide communications support for compensation programs
• Special projects involving data analytics
• Partnering with comp team to align on projects/global initiatives
• Providing improvement insights using improvement methodologies and tools

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in related field
• 2+ years of program/project management ideally in compensation
• Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Thorough communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Project/Program management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and software
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

This role will be based in Atlanta, Bellevue, Chicago, Carpinteria, Detroit, New York City, Omaha, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business teams to deliver analytics, streamline processes, and support year-end and ongoing compensation cycles.
