Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• Proven track record managing high-stakes litigation and outside counsel.
• Broad commercial litigation experience, including antitrust, trade secret, and breach of contract matters, with working familiarity in IP litigation and protection (patent, copyright, trademark).
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
• Exceptional judgment, communication skills, and business acumen.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this executive will serve as a key strategic advisor to senior leadership, overseeing all complex litigation and guiding the company's broader risk management and IP enforcement strategy. The position may be performed remotely, with travel to Houston headquarters as needed. The targeted base salary range for this position is $300,000 - $320,000, plus an annual target bonus and equity.
