Accounting Manager

Requirements

• Required Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a hardware, manufacturing, or renewable energy startup environment.
• 1-2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor staff.
• Deep working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting principles, and cost accounting.
• Technical Skills
• High proficiency with modern cloud accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Direct experience working with mid-to-enterprise level ERP systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management and cost control systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will own the day-to-day accounting functions, maintain strict financial controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting as we scale our renewable energy solutions. You will act as a foundational member of our finance operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering and hardware teams. This role is based at our headquarters in Miami, FL. Relocation to Miami, FL is required, and relocation assistance will be provided.
