Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise integration solutions involving middleware, APIs, event-driven patterns, batch architecture , and cross-platform connectivity

- Assess and incorporate AI-enabled integration capabilities where they deliver measurable business value, while ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards
- Drive continuous improvement in architecture practices by evaluating emerging technologies, evolving enterprise needs, and industry best practices
- Lead and contribute to Architecture Review Board (ARB) governance, ensuring integration solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and long-term architectural strategy
- What you will bring: Successful candidates will bring strong business acumen, technical depth, and experience in enterprise integration and middleware architecture, along with the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including substantial hands-on experience translating complex strategic business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable technology solutions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a changing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to create visual diagrams using Miro, Draw.io, or similar tools to communicate integration architectures and solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience integrating on-premises and SaaS applications. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with API design patterns, event-driven architecture, RESTful principles, and API security protocols.
- Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Google Apigee, AWS integration
