Role Summary and Purpose Support the London Market Underwriting Operations team in driving efficiencies and best practices throughout the Underwriting process, challenge how the business operates today and assist in developing systems, processes, and procedures to support the growth of Arch across all platforms. This successful candidate will complete the Level 3 Financial Services Administrator apprenticeship, gaining their Certificate Level CII qualification as part of this role. Key Tasks and Responsibilities - Conducting regular data quality checks and basic audits of underwriting data to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Logging queries received from both internal and external customers, investigating data discrepancies and supporting timely resolution. - Maintaining and updating operational procedure documents. - Assisting with reporting activities, such as analysing weekly or monthly processing statistics. - Collaborating with onshore, offshore and cross functional teams on various tasks and projects. - Other ad hoc admin tasks from time to time.
