Requirements

  • At least 10-15 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a leading international bank or other financial institution in the Asian emerging markets, including at least 10 years of experience in the syndicated loan market and broad exposure to corporate finance.

  • Experience with loan documentation and credit issues.
  • Use of tact, diplomacy and good interpersonal skills in internal and external communications.

Additional Information

Duties and Responsibilities The responsibilities of the RM at KEB HANA Bank Singapore Branch will include, but will not be limited to:- Act as part of the Corporate Banking/Investment Banking team with a special focus on developing close relations with non-Korean corporates and other FIs in ASEAN region. Develop and grow a diversified base of new clients and identify prospective new sources of corporate/project's lending opportunity and expand relationships to new areas with existing clients. Follow international lending markets and banking activities to understand and anticipate trends, with particular focus on ASEAN region. Regularly and proactively share market information with KEB Hana colleagues in headquarter and other branches. Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with international, regional and local commercial banks. Prepare necessary credit applications, seek credit approvals and execution/documentation of the syndication transactions in compliance with KEB Hana internal policy
